Make the day look like it mattered.

Most event video is a record that nobody watches twice. A film is what you send to a sponsor, put at the top of a fundraising page, or show the room next year to explain why they should come back. Shot properly, cut short, built to be shared.

What I Shoot

01

Event Film

The day covered properly and cut into a short film: the build-up, the thing itself, and the faces of the people it was for. The version you show the room next year.

  • Up to 6 hours on site
  • 2–3 minute film
  • Interviews on real microphones
  • Vertical cut for sharing
  • Three weeks
02

Sponsor & Fundraising Film

Built to do a job, not to commemorate. Interviews with the people who run it and the people it helps, cut to two minutes you can put in front of a sponsor or at the top of a donation page.

  • Interview-led
  • 90 seconds to 2 minutes
  • Captions burned in
  • Shot across one or two days
  • Three weeks
03

Highlight Reel

Short, fast and made for a phone. For teams, leagues and brands who need something to post the same week rather than a film to keep forever.

  • Half a day on site
  • Three 30–45 second cuts
  • Vertical and widescreen
  • One week

Anything here can be scaled up or down — a second camera, a longer film, extra cuts for each sponsor. Send me the date and I'll send pricing the same day.

How It Works

  1. FIRSTTell me what the film is for. Recruiting, sponsors, donations, or just a record. It changes everything about how I shoot it, so it's the first question rather than the last.
  2. THENI send pricing, and you decide. A deposit holds the date and the balance is due on delivery.
  3. A WEEK OUTWe go over the run of the day and work out who's worth interviewing while they're still fresh.
  4. ON THE DAYI work around you. If there's a moment that can't be interrupted, tell me and I'll shoot it from a distance.
  5. AFTERYou get the film as a private link, plus the vertical cuts, ready to post.

Check Your Date

Send me the date and what the film is for, and I'll come back the same day with whether I'm free and what it costs.

Not fixed yet? Put your best guess and say so below.

Venue, or just the town.

How should I get back to you?

Sponsors, recruiting, donations, social, or a record of the day. The more honest the better — it decides how I shoot it.

I'll only use this to answer you about your event. No mailing lists, ever.

Rather just write to me? That works too.
